With experience in Florida suburban, urban, rural, traditional and charter school settings, Dr. Whitco completed her studies in education at NSU and graduated with an Ed.D. in 2022 after researching and developing the School Superintendency Longevity Survey© for school districts. The survey took aim at the problem of high turnover in the role of school superintendent, functional disruption, decreased morale, and impaired student achievement.

Dr. Whitco continues to enjoy swimming and tennis, among other interests, and resides in Palm Beach County, Florida, with her spouse and beloved dogs.
